01 / Aviation

Aircraft Cleaner

Specialty cleaner for exterior and interior aircraft cleaning. Removes hydraulic oil, carbon and nicotine safely, while building an antistatic surface layer when used regularly.

Typical use

Airlines, aircraft manufacturers, exterior surfaces, interiors and general aircraft cleaning.

Dilution

1:3 for first exterior cleanings, up to 1:15 for regular exterior cleaning, 1:10 for interiors.

  • Conforms to Boeing, Douglas and AMS aircraft-cleaner standards listed in the datasheet.
  • Concentrated product for oil, carbon and nicotine removal.

02 / General degreasing

Economic

Highly concentrated water-based cleaner for broad cleaning and degreasing work. Use stronger dilution for extremely dirty surfaces and lower dilution for routine tasks.

Typical use

General cleaning, degreasing, floors, walls, ceilings, metals, plastics, paints and washable industrial surfaces.

Working method

Spray diluted product, allow around 10 seconds, loosen dirt with brush or sponge, rinse with water and dry.

03 / Heavy contamination

Heavy Duty Cleaner

Designed for asphalt, carbon deposits, crude oil, resins, oils and greases. Uses a double action: softening/dissolving deposits and emulsifying contamination for rinsing.

Typical use

Storage tanks, tanker trucks, pipes, tubes, oil filters, injectors, turbo blowers and heavy deposits.

Working time

Usually 10-60 minutes; very heavy carbon deposits may require 10-20 hours.

  • Can be used pure or 1:1 in immersion systems, circulation systems and manual applications.
  • Can be reused several times in immersion systems.
  • Packaging: 25 L cans, 220/250 L drums, 1000 L box containers.
